Spring season Practice Schedule

M-Th 3:30-5:30 pm

The spring season begins in January (no this is not a misprint!). Athletes start training in January so that they can be ready for the spring racing season. The training we do indoors is critical to the success of the spring season. The races in the Spring are short and intense. They are 2,000 meters (approximately 1.25 miles) long and take on average 6-9 minutes to complete depending on the size of the boat and the conditioning of the athletes. All boats are lined up equal on the starting line and begin at the same time. These races are known as "Sprint Races."

Fall Season Practice Schedule

M-Th 3:30-5:30 pm

The focus of the fall season is on technical skills development and improvement. We will work toward racing in the spring. This is also a great time for new athletes to come try crew! We would love to see some new faces!
